RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Criteria for Refunds:

All items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and unworn to be eligible for a refund. Once returned items are received after inspection, refunds are normally processed within 5-7 business days.

Return Process Guidelines:
 

To initiate a return, please contact our support team and provide your order number and details. Please also attach any documentation you may have to support your request. Finally, please include contact information in case we require more specifics. Make sure that the items must be returned unused and in their original condition (including packaging and tags).

 

Refund Disbursement:

Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Partial Refund:

It may be possible in some cases to provide partial refunds for items returned with minor damages or missing accessories, subject to assessment.

Shipment Costs:

It is not possible to refund shipping costs. Except for an error on our part, returning shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Refund Exclusions:

  • There are no refunds available for electronic books or software once they have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Customized products cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds are not available for perishable goods like food and flowers
